EPC Overall Responsibility to deliver a Turnkey Solution
Objective
Identify the ideal sized solar system so as to optimise the capex spent and maximise the benefits derived. The project also had to consider aesthetics and the environment.
Outcome
Seasonal client, and the objective was to identify correctly sized solar system to maximise savings. The client’s usage profile was well suited to solar production hours.
A 109.6 kW optimised system was installed on the roofs. Client remained grid-tied; no batteries were required.
The system is supplementing 42% of the energy required.
Energy Security – Integrated the system with the generator.
Conservative Payback period: 3 years 1 month.
